SPP Inventory and SPP Inventory WorkSheet
This inventory is designed to help you quickly gain insight in which area(s) within your community or ministry need to be addressed. Ideally, if you are a part of a leadership team, each person on the team should take the inventory, and then the team should discuss the results to come to a collective understanding of areas to focus as well as to determine the priority of focus moving forward.
SPP Vision Exercise
The Vision Exercise is perfect for a leadership team that is in agreement with which area within the community needs to be addressed, and is desiring to envision what are the possible next steps. Ideally, use the results from your SPP Inventory to give you clarity about where to start with the Vision Exercise.
